Welcome to Fox Vintage Amp
Fox Vintage Amp Repair is a licensed Georgia business I started after I retired from Local 48, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in 2004. For over 25 years I worked as a low voltage electrician, technician, project manager, integrated systems designer and a level 4 NICEET Certified Fire Alarm Systems designer.
Prior to that I worked as a starving musician while also working at a music store in South Georgia for about 5 years! I have stayed active over the years playing guitar and pedal steel.
I am actively involved with the Pedal Steel Guitar Forum and its members on a daily basis. I answer technical questions, modifying as well as repair pedal steel guitar amps and vintage tube amps for members worldwide.
As of Dec 2012 I have retired from amp building and repair work. thaks to all who have been customers through the years! It has been a great pleasure to serve you all.
I still offer the amp mod kits and such on this site.
